Case of particle packaging bags of Sinopec

As one of China’s largest integrated energy and chemical companies, Sinopec is China’s largest oil refiner and largest producer of petroleum products. Its petroleum refining capacity ranks second in the world. Its main products are gasoline, kerosene and diesel, Plastic particles, etc.
In 2019, Sinopec found Sunkey Packaging and asked our company to design a special 25KG packaging bag for a new type of modified plastic particles. This packaging customer requested as follows:
1, water vapor transmission rate ≤1
2, oxygen transmission rate ≤1
3. Gas can be vented during hot filling without affecting bagging
4, 1.5 meters flat drop> 2 times without breaking the bag
5, the surface is non-slip conducive to loading
6, bearing 25KG
According to customer requirements, the production department R & D department and technical department of Sunkey held several meetings to discuss, and designed a complete packaging bag solution. After 3 samples and improvements, we finally provided customers the bags with qualified quality and performance standards.
