Product Features

Our energy storage battery film adopts a precision-designed eleven-layer composite structure (PET/Anti-C/AL/Anti-C/CPP), with each layer professionally optimized to meet the stringent requirements of energy storage applications. The outer layer is made of high-strength 12μm PET film with excellent mechanical protection and printability. The core barrier layer is made of 9μm high-purity aluminum foil, which is rolled in a special process to keep pinhole density to less than 0.5 per m². Both sides of the aluminum foil are coated with a patented 2μm anti-corrosion coating to effectively resist electrolyte erosion. The inner layer is made of 80μm modified CPP material with 5% low melting point copolymer added to enhance the heat sealing performance. The overall material thickness is controlled at 105±3μm and weight is 123±3g/m². The product was 100% optically inspected to ensure no visible defects, and the insulation performance was verified by high voltage electrical testing.

Advantages

Our eleven-layer structural battery film offers significant performance advantages over traditional three- or four-layer composite films. The dual anti-corrosion coating design extends the product's resistance to electrolyte immersion testing by a factor of three, reaching over 5,000 hours without significant performance degradation. A special aluminum foil treatment process reduces oxygen transmission rate to 0.0005 cc/m²-24h-atm, 80% lower than industry standard products. The modified CPP heat-sealable layer can achieve a sealing strength of 28N/15mm in 1 second at 170°C, which is 25% higher than ordinary products, and the heat-sealable temperature window is ±10°C wide, which greatly improves the fault tolerance of the production process. In addition, our products still maintain good flexibility in the -40°C low-temperature environment, no cracking phenomenon in the cold bending test, and in the 85°C high temperature dimensional change rate control within 0.5%, far better than the industry average of 2%. The product has passed the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating test, providing additional security.
