In terms of safety construction, the packaging design follows the concept of ‘from production to table’ with no dead angle protection.
Structural safety: Our food packaging takes multi-layer composite high barrier technology as the core, creating a three-dimensional protective structure integrating physical barrier, chemical barrier and biological protection. In the core material layer, aluminium foil base film or EVOH is used as a barrier layer to inhibit the oxidation of fats and oils and the deterioration of flavour from the source.
Environmental adaptability: the material system has a wide temperature stability, not only can withstand the cold chain storage of -18°C low temperature environment, but also can withstand 220°C high temperature sterilisation and microwave heating, in extreme temperature changes to maintain the physical form of the double stability and chemical properties.
Contact safety: All materials in direct contact with food have passed stringent migration tests to ensure that they remain chemically inert during the entire process of hot filling, autoclaving, microwave reheating, etc., eliminating the migration of plasticisers, heavy metals and other harmful substances to food, thus truly realising the design intent of ‘packaging as a line of defence for safety’.
